Persyaratan
Pengalaman:
1 Tahun- Candidate graduate from reputable university (S1), with GPA. Min 3.00
- Fresh graduate all major are welcome (preferable is majoring Machine Engineering or industrial engineering)
- Candidate which have Experience in manufacture company minimum 1 Years (has experienced in tire manufacture is plus point, has experienced as Supervisor is plus point)
- Have good knowledge about PDCA, QC 7 TOOLS and 4M Management
- Candidate have decision maker, good analytical thinking, problem solver and fast learner
- Candidate must have Leadership skill, good communication, can work as team and able to work under pressure.
- Excellent skill in MS.Office *especially MS.Excel
- Fluent in english both written and verbal
- Willing to Work Shifting
