1. Monitoring production schedule and controlling production process to prioritize work in the next process in accordance with customer and business guidelines.
2. Working closely with relevant stakeholders to maintain smooth operation.
3. Analyzes all aspect in production process are machine capability, target of production and Not Conformance Product.
4. Make an report from analyzes data both daily, weekly and monthly.
5. Ensure employees adherence to company policy (SOP, company regulation and safety rules).
6. Identifies non conformance in production line, make an corrective action to delete the root cause.
7. Responsibility of Health, Safety & Environment on the production line.
8. Generate ideas, implement changes in processes to increase efficiency, improve safety & quality, reduce cost and improve employees morale.
9. Make an evaluation of employee performance.
10. Engaging & motivating, direct and coaching employees to reach the target and grow up the skill.

Pengalaman:

1. Candidate graduate from reputable university (S1), with GPA. Min 3.00
2. Fresh graduate all major are welcome (preferable is majoring Machine Engineering or industrial engineering)
3. Candidate which have Experience in manufacture company minimum 1 Years (has experienced in tire manufacture is plus point, has experienced as Supervisor is plus point)
4. Have good knowledge about PDCA, QC 7 TOOLS and 4M Management
5. Candidate have decision maker, good analytical thinking, problem solver and fast learner
6. Candidate must have Leadership skill, good communication, can work as team and able to work under pressure.
7. Excellent skill in MS.Office *especially MS.Excel
8. Fluent in english both written and verbal
9. Willing to Work Shifting
