Digital marketer bertanggung jawab atas branding produk yang dihasilkan perusahaan. Dalam membangun brand awareness dan berkomunikasi dengan konsumen, seorang digital marketer menggunakan channel-channel digital seperti e-mail, website, juga media sosial.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Engage and communicate with incoming responses or messages from users on all social media channels.
  • Manage social listening activities and capture learning/insights/analytics to support strategy and content optimization efforts.
  • Creating and suggesting plans to turn negative sentiment into neutral or positive sentiment.
  • Monitor local social media trends.
  • Execute Social Advertising Buys (FB Ads, IG Ads, YT, Twitter, etc).
  • Assist with customer services question, crisis management, bad reviews, and negative news communications.
  • Deliver Daily/Weekly/monthly reports with statistics and results to achieve marketing goals.



2 - 3 Tahun

  • Bachelor’s degree required with preferred major Mass Communication/Advertising, Marketing, Business, New Media, Public Relations, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years of direct experience developing social media engagements/analytics for a company/brand or working experience at digital or advertising agencies.
  • Experience in online/social media communications with strong copywriting skills.
  • Tech enthusiast, self-starter, critical thinker, problem-solver, and passionate individual.
  • Prior experiences in a smartphone, e-commerce, telecommunication & media, retail & marketing, sales & distribution, and technology are plus points.
  • Digital savvy with a passion for the digital landscape and knowledge of how platforms work, with experience in social listening and data analytics.
  • The ability and skill to produce and edit visual content using various software (mobile or pc) is a major plus.
