Tanggung Jawab

  • Leading Store Operation, Operation Support, Digital Marketing, and Designer team to assure campaigns and promotion in E-Commerce are going well.
  • Analyze the performance of our sales in all EC platform and evaluate for each month and decide what we need to improve brand performance (Traffic, CVR, basket size, Keywords Ads, Socmed Ads, etc.).
  • Managing and executing promotional campaigns.
  • Negotiate and build relationship with marketplace platform for dealing campaign package, marketing investment to ensure achievement of the sales target.
  • Providing insights on customer shopping trends to support assortment selection and identify assortment gaps.
  • Ensure good customer service by addressing and ensuring the timely resolution of customer issues or comments.
  • Work closely with demand planning and warehousing teams in order to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

Persyaratan

Pengalaman:

2 - 3 Tahun

  • Minimum Bachelor degree in any major.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in related field.
  • Experience in supervisory role.
  • Familiar with online shop, marketplace, digital marketing & social media.
  • Creative and strategic thinker with a strong customer orientation.
  • Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced working environment.
  • Detailed, communicative & initiative.
  • Have a good manner.
  • English proficiency both oral and written is essential.
