Admin officer adalah sebuah profesi yang bertindak sebagai titik kontak bagi semua karyawan dalam hal dukungan administratif dan mengelola dokumen. Tugas utama admin officer adalah mengelola barang inventaris kantor, menyiapkan laporan keuangan, dan mengatur catatan arsip perusahaan.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Create Invoice, Proforma Invoice, E-Faktur, etc to Systems
  • Responsible for delivery of documents to customers, vendors, etc,
  • Handle general administration.

Persyaratan

Pengalaman:

1 - 2 Tahun

  • Min. Bachelor (S1),
  • Having knowledge on finance & tax,
  • Minimum 1-year experience in the same position,
  • Experience with Zahir Systems,
  • Expert in Microsoft Office (Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel),
  • Required language (s): English, Bahasa Indonesia,
  • Able to work in a team & individual, detail-oriented, self-motivated person,
  • Have good attitude, honest and reliable,
  • Preferable live at Serpong area and can join immediately.
  • NOTED: Temporary 6 Months, for replacement employee (maternity leave), if have good performance will be in prospects for permanent employee.
