Memimpin dan memotivasi tim proyek dan para pemangku kepentingan (stakeholder) Mengelola proyek yang mencakup mengkoordinasikan tim proyek agar mereka tetap pada jalurnya dan menjaga proyek sesuai anggaran. Melakukan kegiatan pemantauan dan pengendalian untuk melacak kemajuan proyek.
Tanggung Jawab
Maintain awareness/understanding of current environment both business and technical
Obtain deep understanding about context/background related with user's request
Help users to construct well-structured requirements
Assist users on developing Business Requirement Document and Change Request Form
Set project goals and come up with plans to meet those goals
Maintain project priority and timeframes
Maintain communications with project stakeholder
Manage coordination among project team members
Develop schedules and manage status reports
Manage end-to-end non-commercial aspect and coordination of commercial aspect related with vendor selection process
Coordinate & monitor sign-off process regarding project documents
Collect and organize project artefacts
Persyaratan
Pengalaman:
3 tahun
Bachelor’s degree in Computer or Information Science-related field required
Have at least 3 years working knowledge as IT Project Manager/IT Business Analyst/IT Product Manager/IT System Analyst/IT Presales
Have technical knowledge on Software Development or Data Analytics will be an advantage
