• Provide technical support to end-users regarding hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, servers, and network devices.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software problems and perform necessary repairs or replacements.
• Install and upgrade software applications and operating systems as needed.
• Monitor system performance and ensure smooth operation of computer systems and networks.
• Maintain accurate documentation of IT systems, configurations, and procedures.
• Assist in the planning and implementation of IT projects, including system upgrades and migrations.
• Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve IT-related issues in a timely manner.

Pengalaman:

• Local or international graduates from reputable university majoring in informatics engineering, computer science, or related major.
• Bachelor degree GPA 3.3 or Master with minimum GPA 3.2.
• Candidates with minimum 5 years of  experience in full-stack website development or similar role.
• Having an extensive web development skills, web development tools, company data base and worksheet.
• Possess a comprehensive portfolio.
