Pada dasarnya, IT support adalah seorang teknisi di sebuah organisasi atau perusahaan yang bertanggung jawab untuk instalasi, evaluasi dan peningkatan terhadap tiga objek utama yaitu komputer, software, dan pengembangan sistem jaringan atau network system.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Responsible for the user operation support of the company information system (SAP, POS, OA, etc.) to ensure system stability and scalability and ensure business operations run smoothly
  • Responsible for sorting and analyzing IT requirements and major problems of various departments, liaising with the headquarters team and efficiently following up to resolve and meet needs
  • Take responsibility for promoting the smooth and efficient progress of IT projects such as APP and the Indonesian subsidiary membership system, and take responsibility for the results

Persyaratan

Pengalaman:

3 tahun

  • Minimal Bachelor Degree in Computer Science/IT or equivalent with maximal age of 35 years old
  • At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position, from retail industry will be advantage
  • Having a certain understanding of SAP and other company ERP systems, and have good problem solving and analysis skills
  • Proficient in IT software and hardware knowledge related to the day-to-day operations of the company
  • Having good interpersonal and leadership skills, detail, innovative and strong business orientation
  • Good in Mandarin both oral and written are preferred, and English is a MUST
  • Willing to work under pressure situation
