Sebagai seorang Logistic Staff, tugas Anda adalah untuk mengawasi dan mengelola proses logistik dari awal hingga akhir. Ini meliputi pengiriman dan pengiriman barang, manajemen persediaan, perencanaan dan pengelolaan rute pengiriman, serta mengkoordinasikan dengan departemen lain seperti pemasaran, pembelian, dan produksi.

Tanggung Jawab

  • To book a space on the appointed vessel based on the shipment schedule mentioned on the P.O. and confirmation from customer or shipping lines.
  • To arrange delivery of empathy container from shipping lines to storage area.
  • To prepare all the supporting documents before the loading activities is started, i.e., inspection by Balai Karantina, shipment certificate, etc.,
  • To prepare commercial invoice, packing list, SWB, Packing Declaration and other shipping documents.
  • Preparing container list and send full shipment details to the customer after the vessel left the port.
  • To prepare all supporting shipment certificate required by customer.
  • To maintain all copy of shipping documents and send the original to customer.

Persyaratan

Pengalaman:

1 - 2 Tahun

  • Minimum Diploma’s Degree from any major
  • Has experience in similar role.
  • Has well experience in handling EXIM and understanding of administrative process.
  • Able to work as individual and able to work as team in cross functional department.
  • Familiar with Microsoft office program
