• Manage production schedules and ensure materials are available in a timely manner
• Monitor production processes to ensure they are running smoothly and according to standards
• Troubleshoot any production issues that arise and communicate with cross-functional teams to find solutions
• Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to management
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure the timely delivery of materials
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices
• Train and mentor team members to improve overall performance

Pengalaman:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in manufacturing operations
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and best practices
• Experience with project management and leading cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
