- Responsible for collecting data and ideas in conceptualizing both new and existing products to develop company products.
- Market analysis, competitive and trending cosmetic data to create products that meet and exceed today's industry standards.
- Define product vision, product roadmap, and product positioning.
- Create, maintain, and adjust product line-level strategies and production schedules.
- Communicating the product vision to the product sales and marketing team to gain market share of the product.
- Create product requirements for engineering and support teams to bring new products to market or to improve existing features.
- Balancing customer requirements and stakeholder-defined constraints.
- Manage tests to detect and fix problems to make necessary improvements.
- Collect customer feedback to further improve the product.
- Coordinate with respective teams regarding product launches.
- Conduct product performance analysis.
- Monitor the product throughout the product life cycle.
Persyaratan
Pengalaman:
2 - 3 Tahun- Education background at least Bachelor's Degree in any major.
- Experienced at least 2 years specialized in Product Development or equivalent, preferably from reputable cosmetics industry.
- Having strong analytical thinking, marketing sense, market research, data analytics and presentation skill.
- Highly passionate in developing cosmetic products.
- Willing to be placed in Sidoarjo
