  1. To execute (monitor and improve) productivity improvement of each branch to get them to generate more volume and value with proper route management and well-disciplined sales operation
  2. This applies to both existing and new branch

Tanggung Jawab

  1. Monitor regularly on productivity of all branch
  2. Produce and share productivity performance reports
  3. Give feedback regularly on productivity performance
  4. Track the progress of the feedback given to the region and produce/share the reports
  5. Identify low-productivity branch and run spot inspection and validation
  6. Produce/share comprehensive diagnosis reports and give feedback
  7. Track the progress of the feedback given to the region and produce/share the reports
  8. Produce/share productivity progress reports 
  9. Hyper-care new branch (training manpower and setting up the sales operation)

Persyaratan

Pengalaman:

3 Tahun

  1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any field.
  2. Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
  3. Minimal have 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  4. Never absence/alpha without any valid evidence
  5. Required Skill(s): Route To Market, Sales Management, Business Development
  6. Preferably Supervisor/Coordinator specialized in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
  7. Willing to be placed in all around Indonesia
