  • Greet people entering the office, answering any questions, providing directions and alerting staff when someone is there to meet or visit them.
  • Record and manage the office log of who is entering and exiting the office with detailed information such as name, origin, purpose, and time.
  • Answer a multiple line phone system, manage calls by routing them to the proper extensions or taking messages and delivering them within our message system along with setting up conference calls as requested.
  • Serve as the face of the company, offering friendly service to those entering the office or calling in on the phone.
  • Arrange the meeting room per received request, assist guests entering the meeting room (if any) and provide assistance for employees who use the meeting room (eg. provide HDMI cable, etc.). Coordinate with Cleaning service to clean and tidy the meeting room after and before meeting.
  • Accept and keep deliveries and mail, record it in a log book, organize them to be distributed to the correct recipients using the office mailing system and ensure they get to the recipient in a timely manner while also managing outgoing mail and packages for pickup.
  • Maintain the reception area, keeping it clean and free of clutter.
  • Assist new applicants who come into the office to apply for positions, including providing them with things they need, such as pens and clipboards along with any reference material they may need, such as telephone directories or Wi-Fi passwords.
  • Handle for stationeries for employees, record it in the log  and do a stock opname routine.
  • Handle filing and data entry as requested.
  • Handle face ID registration and parking member to building management, and in charge to arrange the administration data.

Persyaratan

Pengalaman:

2 Tahun

  • Minimum Diploma Degree graduate
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as Receptionist
  • Fluent in English spoken and written
