  • - Identify training needs using Training Needs Analysis (TNA)
  • - Responsible in annual training schedules and deliver training courses
  • - Evaluate ongoing training program effectiveness, etc

Persyaratan

Pengalaman:

2 - 3 Tahun

  • -Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Management, or any related major from a reputable university
  • -Max. 30 years old
  • -Having experience in training program arrangement and delivering training courses
  • -Outstanding communication skills
  • -Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
