- Coordinate with all departments related to individual development plan (IDP) talent that has been assigned.
- Monitor and evaluate the implementation of the IDP that has been implemented during the talent cycle period.
- Cooperate in the implementation and preparation of employee development programs.
- Making, implementing, and evaluating training matrices according to the needs in the TNA analysis.
Persyaratan
Pengalaman:
2 - 3 Tahun- Maximum age 30 years.
- Minimum education S1 Psychology or HR management.
- Have a minimum of 2 years experience in the same position.
- Have an understanding of TNA, ToT, and Matrix Training.
- Minimum understanding of the Talent Management Cycle.
- Have analytical thinking and orientation to detail towards work.
- Have good communication, public speaking, and interpersonal skills.
