Tanggung Jawab

  • Coordinate with all departments related to individual development plan (IDP) talent that has been assigned.
  • Monitor and evaluate the implementation of the IDP that has been implemented during the talent cycle period.
  • Cooperate in the implementation and preparation of employee development programs.
  • Making, implementing, and evaluating training matrices according to the needs in the TNA analysis.

Persyaratan

Pengalaman:

2 - 3 Tahun

  • Maximum age 30 years.
  • Minimum education S1 Psychology or HR management.
  • Have a minimum of 2 years experience in the same position.
  • Have an understanding of TNA, ToT, and Matrix Training.
  • Minimum understanding of the Talent Management Cycle.
  • Have analytical thinking and orientation to detail towards work.
  • Have good communication, public speaking, and interpersonal skills.
