Pengalaman:
4 - 5 Tahun- Proven experience as an Area Sales Manager or similar role in non-FMCG, building material, and manufacturing industries
- Having a minimum of at least 5 years of experience in the related field is required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage and motivate a sales team
- Knowledge of sales strategies and techniques
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
- Willingness to travel frequently within assigned territory
