1. Conduct market research and analysis to plan overall marketing roadmap, create end-to-end marketing
strategies, and ensure sales targets while reporting to the CEO
2. Responsible to achieve the agreed sales target by working with various internal divisions and external
parties to promote the brand’s long term presence in Indonesia
3. Responsible for developing the brand and the ideal public image for both Surface+ and Surface Skin
Habit, covering both Online and Offline marketing.
4. Work closely & lead Surface’s in-house marketing and design team to achieve the brand’s marketing
objectives.
5. Define the overall brand roadmap and improve brand performance all across channels (online and
offline) by developing merchandising and promotion proposals to achieve the sales targets set
6. Liaise and be supportive with other internal teams (business functions and product tech) to support all
category growth initiatives
7. Hire, train, lead and manage a team help grow both the online and offline business as well as identify
business opportunities through brand and/or category assortment that are innovative and trending
within the skincare
8. Conduct research and monthly analysis of the competitive landscape, customers behavior toward the
category, and latest market trends to identify and generate new ideas that drive the category growth
(market share, improve customer experience and conversion)
9. Manage and monitor the commerce’s P&L – including target achievement and ensuring profitable
bottom line for the Omni channels.

Pengalaman:

• Work experience as a brand/marketing manager with a minimum of 2 years
• Experience in the Beauty retail industry is a plus but not a must
• Proven experience in developing brand and creating a marketing strategy
• Effective communicator to build relationships
• Strong analytical skills and result-driven thinking
• A positive attitude and energy are a must.
