  • To develop an annual by account plan that will ensure the achievements of his area goals & objective in all cluster
  • Consistent ; productive account coverage in ensuring availability, visibility & presence of RPS brands in national & regional chains
  • On time implementation of monthly priorities & submission of reports
  • To conduct regular area / team updates
  • To develop basic selling skills of APL / sub distributor sales team / MD\s
  • To provide solutions, process & system improvements that will address tactical & strategic gaps in operations at area level

Tanggung Jawab

Ensuring that products meet quality control standards prior to distribution. Coordinating with sales staff to develop marketing strategies that will increase product sales. Communicating with customers about delivery schedules and other pertinent information regarding their orders.

Persyaratan

Pengalaman:

5 Year

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any field
  • At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in in FMGC or Cosmetics business in channel; modern key account, cosmetic stores & retail /traditional market
  • Understand in Modern Trade Channel or Sub Distributor
  • Preferable Good in English
  • Willing to be rotated throughout Indonesia
