- Handling Internal Corporate and Industrial Relation
- Preparing, negotiating and advising on all aspects of contracting / contract drafting
- Providing education on contracts compliance issues
- Performing the lead negotiator role in large or complex deals
- Able to make agreements and manage permits for the company's business interests, and be able to represent the company both inside and outside the court
Persyaratan
Pengalaman:
2 tahun- Maximum Age 30 years old
- Master of law education is preferred
- Have a minimum of 2 years experience as a Legal Specialist (preferably experienced in F&B and Retail companies)
- Have experience related to litigation & non-litigation
- Have a valid professional certification from PERADI
- Able to work in a dynamic environment, and to meet critical deadlines
- Fluent in English both oral & written
