Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage all activities related to the technical department (planning and design, QS), production department (Construction Team, Quality Control & After Sales/Repairing), customer service department, and estate management department, from the beginning to the end of the project (including the public facilities handing over to the city government) 
  • Plan and control the flow of work for the technical and the construction department, including estimated time, supplies, and personnel to ensure that the projects are completed according to the established plan 
  • Prepare and control the project budget, construction schedule, project reporting, progress assessment and project execution plan to ensure the budgets meet with the operational needs and requirements 
  • Plan the whole project management, including setting timelines, prioritizing tasks, and assign duties and responsibilities to the team members to ensure the project aspects (timing, quality, finance) are well managed 
  • Monitor and prepare reports for all stakeholders regarding the projects status and progress to ensure the projects are going according to plan, including to schedule, cost control, material management, and quality control 
  • Develop and improve the project management office policies and processes 
  • Maintain and manage all stakeholder’ interests to ensure harmonious and cooperative relationships in all aspects of the project (Monitor, Review the budgeting & costing, planning & design, engineering, permit process, sales & marketing, construction, Quality Control, delivery, after sales, customer service, estate management to meet with budget, time schedule, standard quality and customer satisfaction) 
  • Guide, direct & lead interdisciplinary departments on all aspects of development in term of schedule, budget, quality to meet the target/objective & SOP 
  • Review, monitor & evaluate the internal manpower requirement & performance 
  • Review, monitor, and evaluate, the external resources: Consultants, Contractors, Suppliers, Applicators, Vendor, Brokers, Agents, etc. 
  • Build & maintain relationships with external such as Consultants, Contractors, Suppliers, Applicators, Vendor, Authorities, etc. 
  • Prepare presentations, reports, plans and analyses to drive decisions

Persyaratan

Pengalaman:

10 Tahun

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field 
  • Minimum of 10 (ten) years of experience in Project Management / Technical / Construction Management roles, preferably in residential construction project 
  • Possess strong knowledge of construction, engineering, and architecture principles 
  • Possess strong and proven leadership skills 
  • Have a good communication, effective negotiation, and strong networking and relationship at executive levels 
  • Have skills to identify problems and resolve problems effectively 
  • Computer literate (Microsoft Office, Power Point). 
  • Government Regulation & Permit Process knowledge 
  • Planning, Design & Engineering literate 
  • Leadership, problem solving, Strategic thinking 
  • Target and result oriented 
  • Attention to detail, quality & customer experience 
  • Multi-tasking and manage various project elements simultaneously
