The goal of the CRM Marketing Specialist is to facilitate the use of CRM software to improve the efforts of the sales, customer service, and marketing teams.
• Plan and deliver CRM strategies across the organization to retain existing customers, increasing brand loyalty, and expanding the company’s brand value in line with company goals
• develop a marketing campaign via multiple channels (mainly limited to Email, Web Push Notification & App Push Notification) crafting new engagement content, managing system triggers, and implementing marketing strategies to drive user activities & retention.
• Develop and create effective marketing promotions
• Responsibility for the whole CRM: Build and maintain lifecycle of customer, performance analyst, trends observer, managing budget, CRM program and activity.

3. Consumer service oriented.
4. Fast learner, have strong analytical and growth mindset.
5. Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
