Tanggung Jawab

  • Responsible for administrative work (typing, filing documents, and correspondence) especially for supporting Brand & Operational departments
  • Manage the needs of promotional materials in stores and brand teams, starting from negotiations with vendors, stores and related departments
  • Support all campaign and event needs in the brand team
  • Handling the process of cash advance and reimbursement of stores needs
  • Responsible for filing store advertisement tax and customer tax invoices
  • Make periodic reports regarding the needs of Brand & Operational team



Fresh graduate - Max 3 tahun

  • Max. age of 30 years old with min. Bachelor Degree from reputable university from all mayor
  • Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
  • Having good skill for Ms. Office (especially Ms. Excel, ex : V/H look up, pivot, etc)
  • Concern to detail and neatly personality for working
  • Good communication skills in English (must) and Mandarin (advantage)
  • Ready to be positioned for any departments based on company needs
  • Willing to work under pressure situation and overtime
