Human Resources
- Handling and manage the Operational matters such as Recruitment, Induction for new Employee, and HR Administration matters.
- Handling and manage administration for Compensation and Benefit, such as employee special allowance, e-voucher taxi, etc)
- Support and handle all aspects of Industrial Relations such as company regulations, disciplinary & grievance cases, including Employee Relations
- PIC of Attendance for checking attendance report for inhouse employees, OB & Driver related Overtime process.
- Handling Health Insurance, BPJS Kesehatan & Medical Check Up for employees.
- Establishing relationships with external parties (BPJS Kesehatan, Health Insurance, Outsourcing company and other related GA external parties)
General Affairs
- Manage and ensure the driver, receptionist and OB duties in order to run smoothly and based on procedure
- Manage the company vehicle such as maintenance, repair, insurance and license administration, including the car scheduling & driver assignment
- Manage the workspace facility, visitor protocol & reception handling and also security & external relations
Persyaratan
Pengalaman:
3 - 4 Tahun- Candidate must posses at least a Bachelor's Degree from Accounting
- Min 3 Years of working experience in the field of Human Resource especially in HR (Generalist) & General Affairs
- Having good knowledge with HR & General Affairs matters (such as handling asset, relationship with external and Outsourcing.
