As a HRGA Staff, the suitable candidatte will be responsible to the daily administrative and HR duties of an organization, with the detail tasks below:
- Carry out the recruitment process
- Conduct new employee induction and monitor new employee evaluation
- Coordinate with all relevant parties for the implementation of training
- Monitor employee attendance and report to supervisor regularly
- Ensure factory area in a clean condition
- Support other HRGA activities to ensure employee needs are facilitated
Persyaratan
Pengalaman:
1 - 2 Tahun- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology
- Minimal 1 year related work experience, preferably in manufacture
- Familiar in handle Psychological Test
- Excellent understanding in Labor Law, BPJS, Insurance Claim, Building Sanitation, and other HRGA activities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office is an added value
- Able to work alongside team
- Passionate in learn new things
- People-oriented and positive attitude, supported by good communication and interpersonal skills
