- Carry out end-to-end recruitment process (Job Posting, Shortlist of candidates, Interview scheduling, Onboarding program) to employee recruitment process through Candidate Pools, Job Portal, social media, etc.
- Carry out employee branding activities.
- Create an onboarding program strategy and employee engagement program.
- Make weekly recruitment process reports.
- Create innovative recruitment programs to attract applicants.
- Enter the employee database.
- Make performance appraisals and monitor for employee contract extensions.
Persyaratan
Pengalaman:
2 - 3 Tahun- Maximum age 30 years.
- Minimum education S1 Psychology or HR management.
- Minimum 2 years experience as Talent Acquisitions.
- Have knowledge and experience in administering the BEI psychological test and interview technique.
- Have knowledge and experience in the recruitment process, Organizational Structure, Job Description, Performance Appraisal, employee Branding, and Employee Engagements Program.
- Having knowledge and networking in candidate sourcing strategies for all levels of positions.
- Have neat and detailed administrative and filing skills.
- Have good analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Have good communication skills, people-oriented.
- Have the ability to work and high motivation to work within tight deadlines.
